For a long time I worked with exclusive, high quality brands and products, sometimes facing the public, others as head of sales teams in multiple stores. And I learned a lot of things.

 

The first, that quality is not enough. Customer experience is essential. Getting to know you, what you like, what you need, and trying to satisfy you every time is where real satisfaction comes from.

 

Also, that a relaxing experience is good for us all, and that, from time to time, to pamper yourself, to get lost away of the buzzing world and leave routine behind for a while helps us see things with perspective; and that is healthy.

 

Then, when I arrived to Madrid, I found that the nail salons I went to were either bad but cheap, good but very expensive, or even expensive and not that good!

So, with a lot of hope, I set to find a nice shop, and on July 20, 2015, Lisa’s Nails opened its doors to ever spoil you, to attend to you as I like to be attended to, and with a philosophy of service, warmth, quality and personal treatment. With a perfect job. Always. For 10 years, I have dedicated myself to the art of delicate, precise beauty through nail design.

Now, I am bringing that same taste and attention to detail to the care of your face. Trained and certified by the leading centre in Ginza, Tokyo, I am proud to introduce the first authentic Sensei Kobayashi's Kogao Seikotsu service in Madrid.

In this time I have had great collaborators, and we have learned together, I from them on how to get the quality you deserve, and them perhaps a little on how to attend the Singapore style, to make you feel satisfied, pampered and above all, cared for.
